 Please follow the following 3 steps-(Please save this page to your computer.)

Step-1-Please take printout of the 49A PAN form shown on the link given on the bottom of this page-fill it up with a pen-mention only the foreign office address of the company ( i.e-address of the country in which the company is located.) -dont mention the residential address and any Indian address.(Please dont mention your A.O Code, area code, ward,range and representative assessee details. It shall be taken care by us. Just keep it blank. Also, snap is not required for a company-so just keep it blank. )  Fill up all the miscellanous particulars and sign it (director's sign). -one beneath the 2 snaps as provided on the form and the other signature at the end of the form.(We shall obtain Indian embassy attestation on your behalf. Please dont worry for Indian embassy attestation.)

Step-2 Please enclose the following documents along with the 49 A PAN form.-Colored Photocopy of Certificate of Incorporation, and photocopy of the bank statement of the foreign company in the country of its location or any address proof of the foreign company.  You are required to send the aforesaid documents via email in pdf or jpg format at our email address as specified down below.

Step-3 Charges- US DOLLARS 2000.   Credit card/debit card/online banking- -(advance payment not required).  Please note-you dont have to pay anyththing in advance.After 15 days from the date we receive the documents as above, you shall get the PAN card of your company at your foreign postal address. Once you get your PAN card of your company at your foreign postal address, then, within 7 days, you are required to make the payment of  U.S $ 2000 (Indian rupees 1,00,000/--  per company pan card) via credit card/debit card/master card/visa card/ online banking on the link as shown down below on the bottom of this page. OR-(In case if you dont have a credit card/debit card, then you can directly deposit U.S. DOLLARS 2,000 per Company (Indian rupees 1,00,000/-)  into our bank account as under-
