Step-1 Please download the correction form on the link as shown on the bottom of this page and enclose the following documents-
For non residents- the colored photocopy of passport ,colored photocopy of foreign bank statement, and the photocopy of your old PAN CARD, OR I.T.LETTER stating the proof of your old PAN number. (we take care of Indian embassy attestation).
For indian residents-
Identity proof-copy of Driving lisence, election card, credit card, employment card,or any other card showing your identity along with your photograph.(any one.)
Birth Proof- Copy of Ration card, passport, school leaving certificate, birth certificate,election card,or any other proof showing your birth proof.(any one of these.) Residential address-copy of telephone/electricity bill, mobile bill, bank statement, credit card bill, or any other proof showing your address.(any one.)
(Passport copy shall suffice for all the above 3 proofs.)
Proof of your exisiting PAN Number-Photocopy of your old PAN card in which the correction is sought or Income tax letter stating the proof of your old PAN number. (In case if you dont have your old PAN card photocopy, or I.T.letter, then your can get printout of the same by registering on this link-
STEP-2 -Please fill up the form ,mention the PAN number on the top of the form, and mention address,etc and send it to us via courrier or post along with the aforesaid documents and a cheque of Rs 1000/- for Indian residents (Rs 3500/- for non resident indians)in name of "FILERETURN.COM PVT LTD" at this address-
